STICKS TRAINING CENTER

TrainingMission Statement:

Our mission here at STICKS Training Center is to persistently search, create and apply the most effective training methods for hockey players, athletes and people of all ages and levels. We will utilize top level trainers that teach with knowledge, passion and intensity. We will work under a disciplined and positive environment that will allow participants to gain confidence in their specific sport or everyday life.

 

 

  • Training Programs

    STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES:
    For athletes that are 13 yr. and older STICKS Training Center offers strength and conditioning classes.  These classes maximize a player’s fitness level by developing strength and power through the incorporation of Olympic lifting movements. 

    SKILLS SESSIONS:
    STICKS Training Center offers off ice hockey specific skill development. Our trainers teach proper shooting, stick handling and stride board techniques. This skill development program is further enhanced through our training program which engages and enhances an individual’s overall athletic abilities.

  • Summer Hockey Camps & Clinics

    STICKS Training Center is holding a variety of on/off ice hockey camps and clinics for this summer.  Our trainers have extensive playing and teaching experience.  Our teaching methods will challenge each player, regardless of skill level, in a constructive, challenging and fun manner.  Our on/off ice training system is based on our 3 step progression:

    1.) Properly
    2.) Properly, Consistently
    3.) Properly, Consistently, At Game Speed

  • Hyperfit USA Workout of the Day

    HYPERFIT USA is holding fitness classes @ STICKS Training Center in Brighton. 

    These group classes, offered at different times during the day, are challenging and can be catered to any individual.  We incorporate the best practices of all sport and training modalities.  The results from these classes are specific, measurable, repeatable and performance-based.
